In most cases, your order will be shipped out the business day  (Mon - Fri) following the date it was received. Delivery days and days in transit exclude weekends and holidays. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information after your order has been picked up. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Status of a cancellation request will be given via e-mail. If the order has already shipped, the Returns Policy will apply.
  
We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Currently, we ship domestically to the 48 contiguous states only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
 
Larger items shipping as "over-sized" packages may have additional handling fees. Please review product pages and shopping cart information for details.

Returns Policy
We accept returns on most unused merchandise for 30 days from ship date. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee is waived if you are exchanging merchandise. Items must be in original condition (item does not show any sign of use or damage by pets including pet hair or any other sign of wear, use, or washing). Pending inspection, a refund (value of the items including taxes) will be processed. We do not refund shipping fees unless we shipped the wrong item, or the merchandise was damaged upon delivery arrival. 
 
Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Dog Carriers/Kennels
- Dog Beds
- Dog Food/Treats
 
Please make your selections carefully, taking into account measurements, your dog's age, etc.
