It's easy. First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box, then click the Add to Cart button. Each time you add an item to your order, you will be brought to your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to check out, click the Checkout button - this will take you to a Sign In page. Here, you can Sign In if you already have a dinkdog.com account, or enter your information to begin checkout. You will be given the option to save your information in an account profile for future purchases. You will be then asked to complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, an e-mail will be sent to you with tracking information. You can also access your entire order history by signing in to your account. Tracking information for dinkDIRECT merchandise, which are shipped directly to you from our partner manufacturers, may be provided directly from the manufacturer to you.
